I have nothing to say… I can say a whole lot about nothing
I just signed myself up for a the Summer 2007 Read-a-Ton of Books reading challenge over at Bubbles In My Head. I’m excited about it! It has been forever since I sat down with a good book. Most of you know I’m a huge JA Jance fan. Well, I have a few of her books on my shelf I haven’t had a chance to read so this is it… I’m taking some time for myself to read.
We just wrapped up Memorial weekend, school is coming to an end, and so is the spring sports season. Awards ceremonies, sports banquets (pizza parties), graduations, graduation parties, toss in a couple of weddings, two more church campouts, family reunions, a couple of birthday parties, and hmmmm…. I think my summer weekend schedule is nearly booked full. The list appears to go on and on through September. How does this happen every single year?
It seems like the year passes by so quickly when we are living from one event to the next. I don’t like that. I want to clear my summer schedule and plan nothing.
I can continue wishing and wanting. It isn’t going to happen. So excuse me as I go RSVP a party or two…
