Wrapped Up IN Receipts
I’m wondering what I was thinking when I finally agreed to do this…
So Connie calls Lisa and tells her about this crazy rebate offer to get a free notebook. First you buy a PC at Staples, along 15 or 16 software programs… programs that, by the way, you’ll NOT be installing onto your new computer… Oh, and be sure to ask the sales person to install a new roll of print out tape, because believe me… he’s going to need it.
Anyway, Lisa told me about this and I was like… I’m not so sure. But then the adventurous side of me kicked into high gear. Okay. Soooooo…. what was I thinking? Free computer. That’s exactly what I was thinking.
A couple of the rebates expire today. If I understand this correctly, I have a few days to get them into the mail. But I’m working at getting these all done today.
Right in the article, it says to allow half a day to fill out the rebate forms. If I heard her correctly, it took Connie about 4.5 to 5 hours to get them all filled out! Really… what was I thinking when I signed up for this. Oh yeah. Free computer…

Hey there! Now you need to put that new laptop to good use and start a blog… or maybe taht’s what you meant… I’m on it right now lol Okay so I make myself laugh sometimes.
I’ve gotta get myself in gear and get my rebates filled out… then I can take mine out of the box too.
