I went to look at a house down the road from my aunt & uncle's home. It's on the market for 750,000. The developer is marketing it as waterfront property. Okay... here's the thing. We have water in our back yard right now from so much rain. But that doesn't mean I have waterfront property. So here's what you get for 750,000 in our neighborhood... SWAMP!
aaaaand.... You don't even get a french door!
