It won’t be long

or see me cry
You can stay out late
It won’t matter to me

I won’t need a hug
or need you by my side

You can stay up all night
You know… I won’t even care
You won’t need to buy me tea
I won’t be drinking it anymore
Don’t feel obligated to call
I won’t be here anyway

No need to say “I love you”
I won’t be listening

No need to reply to my e-mail
I won’t be sending you any
No need to plan to take me on a drive
I won’t be going
No need to yell at me for crying
