I’m thankful for the sunsets we’ve shared
I’m thankful for your commitment to me
I’m thankful that you like my silly giggling
I’m thankful for our late night talks
I’m thankful for the tears we shared
I’m thankful for the laughter we’ve shared
I’m thankful for the disagreements we’ve had
I’m thankful for the many last minute times you said ‘Let’s do lunch’
I’m thankful for our walks on the beach
I’m thankful for our long road trips
I’m thankful for walks in the rain
I’m thankful for our ‘coffee dates’
I’m thankful for the romance
I’m thankful for your sweet notes
I’m thankful for our early morning sunrise adventures
I’m thankful you are part of my life

because that’s what has made me
who I am today… all these things make us
who we are and what our relationship is.
